How long does it take for an order to be done?

All embroidery orders will be finished within one week of order time.  Let me know if you need a rush order due to a loose tooth or a baby’s early arrival and I can probably get it done within a few days.

Do you mail out finished products?

            Yes.  For an additional cost of $4.50 I will mail your finished product.

Can you embroider on my item?

Yes.  I would love to help you embellish you or your child’s clothing or gym bags.  I can embroider on just about any type of fabric including tshirt, denim, or towels.  Pricing is at the top of my price list.

Do you do any other services besides embroidery?

Although I am mostly concentrating on embroidery special orders, I would be happy to help you with basic hemming or patch attachments.  I have put the pricing for these on my main price sheet.

Can I use different colors than those suggested in the design?

Absolutely!  In fact, those are just suggested colors and I encourage you to change them to fit you or your gift recipient’s personality.  

How do I view the designs to choose a perfect one for me?

I have a binder with nearly all of my designs in it.  If you look at my master list of design categories, I can help you narrow down to exactly what you have in mind.  If you still haven’t found what you are looking for, I have several websites that host designs that we can search through.

How large can my design be?

            My machine embroiders up to a maximum size of  6 ”x10”.
